Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. $450 fine if any type of smoke (cigarettes, weed, cigar, etc.) is detected in the house. If any furniture or property is damaged, guests will be charged the full amount to replace it. Please observe silence during quiet hours (10 PM to 7 AM) to pay respect to the neighbor. If quiet hours are disrupted or parties are thrown, there will be termination of your reservation with no refunds along with a $800 fine. Pets must be house-trained, properly socialized, and non-aggressive toward other guests or animals. Because this is a shared living environment, any pet that creates safety concerns, excessive noise, intimidation or disruption for other guests may be required to be removed from the property immediately. If a guest’s pet results in disruptions, complaints, reservation cancellations, additional cleaning, safety concerns, or loss of business, the responsible guest may be held financially responsible for associated costs to the extent permitted by Airbnb policies and applicable law. Failure to disclose a pet prior to arrival may result in termination of the reservation without refund.

Guests have access to a private bedroom and office within their room with a coded, keyless lock. You will also have shared access to the bathrooms, kitchen and livingroom.
