Pets must be house-trained, properly socialized, and non-aggressive toward other guests or animals. Because this is a shared living environment, any pet that creates safety concerns, excessive noise, intimidation or disruption for other guests may be required to be removed from the property immediately. If a guest’s pet results in disruptions, complaints, reservation cancellations, additional cleaning, safety concerns, or loss of business, the responsible guest may be held financially responsible for associated costs to the extent permitted by Airbnb policies and applicable law. Failure to disclose a pet prior to arrival may result in termination of the reservation without refund.
